Orders are shipped to the PayPal shipping address that the customer provided to PayPal at the time of purchase with no exceptions. Returns: The item along with the manufacturer's box must still be in original, new and unused condition and return shipped within 14 days of receipt of purchase in order to be eligible for return. All Items must be returned shipped via a USPS (Post Office) service. Items must be returned in their original, new and unused condition with the manufacturer's shoe box and inside an outer shipping box. The manufacturer's box must not be used as the shipping box. Refunds: Returns are for refund only. No exchanges. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of each item returned will be deducted for all domestic order returns. Buyer pays for return shipping and return shipping costs are non refundable. Buyers are responsible for lost or damaged items with return shipments, therefore the purchase of shipping insurance and delivery confirmation is encouraged on return shipments. Orders in which the parcel was received returned to us due to any USPS non-delivery reason, including but not limited to: insufficient address, unknown recipient, undeliverable as addressed, failure to pickup etc. and which the item(s) is found to still be in the original sent condition, the refund issued will be in the amount of the original payment received minus a 20% restocking fee and an additional $8.00 will be deducted towards the cost of the original USPS shipping.
