Payments: We accept payments from PayPal only. Returns: The item along with the manufacturer's box must still be in original, new and unused condition and return shipped within 14 days of receipt of purchase in order to be eligible for return. All Items must be returned shipped via a USPS (Post Office) service. Items must be returned in their original, new and unused condition with the manufacturer's shoe box and inside an outer shipping box. The manufacturer's box must not be used as the shipping box. Refunds: Returns are for refund only. No exchanges. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of each item returned will be deducted for all domestic order returns. Buyer pays for return shipping and return shipping costs are non refundable. Buyers are responsible for lost or damaged items with return shipments, therefore the purchase of shipping insurance and delivery confirmation is encouraged on return shipments.
